- For new releases and restocks marked with "NEXT DAY" shipping in the description or social media caption, we offer fast next-day shipping.

- Processing Time: Pre-orders are custom-made and have a processing time of typically 1-3 weeks before shipping. Items marked as pre-order will have this noted below the product description.
- Shipping Time: Once the pre-order item is ready, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and can take an additional 1-3 business days for domestic orders. Overseas orders may take longer.

- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your pre-order has been processed and shipped.
- Pre-order Policy: Please understand that pre-orders are all custom-made and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Ensure that you are willing to wait the specified processing time before placing a pre-order.
Tracking Numbers:
- Tracking numbers and order confirmations will be sent to the email on file after placing an order.
- All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on the location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.
Responsibility and Claims:
- Once we ship your package, we are not responsible for delivery issues with USPS/UPS. Any delivery problems must be handled with USPS/UPS directly, as we are not a shipping carrier.
- If a package is lost under the shipping carrier's responsibility, they are responsible for the claim and locating the package.
Returned Packages:
- If you do not accept your package and it is returned to the sender (prosperityy), you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
Additional Information:
- Shipping Delays: In rare cases, there may be delays beyond our control due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping carrier delays. We will do our best to notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- International Shipping: For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
