Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for online orders. Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy. If you made a pre-order, you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only. Please contact us if you have questions or want to inquire about an exchange by emailing prosperityy@gmail.com

When exchanging an item, it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.

We do not refund shipping on pre-order items, as all pre-orders will be shipped at the same rate they were purchased.ย 

Additional Policy Details:

  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please email us with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will respond with further instructions and the return address if your exchange is approved.
  • Exchange Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges are only available for items currently in stock. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you the option to select a different item of equal value or issue a store credit.
